    Will I really get fit training with TheFitAF?

    Short answer: Yes. No question. Follow the prescribed workouts and you will reach new levels of fitness in no time. Coach Anthony & Coach Adam have a combined 2 DECADES of training individuals like you; not to mention the training time they have put into their own fitness. But that isn’t the whole story: it isn’t that difficult to find a good fitness plan (there are many bad ones however). The hard part is adherence to that plan. We solve that with unrestrained nerdy fun and a community of people just like you.

    This sounds super nerdy…:

    It is you Noob. And we make no apologies for it. The FITAF culture is unapologetically nerdy. That is what makes it FUN. We aren’t tight ass mirror gazing physique chasers (though our glutes are exceptionally firm). We are just gamers who love fitness & health enough to have made careers out of it. Dashing handsomeness and fine physiques just happen to be a happy consequence : ).

    What is an RPG Fitness Campaign?

    If you have ever played a table top role play game such as Pathfinder or DND (5e is best…fight me) we have taken the fun storyline adventure & character role-play aspects of that and combined it with effective workout routines. Every quest is unique and runs in 12 week chapters. These chapters have all the structural components needed for an effective fitness plan: testing your fitness levels, giving you progressive overload (how your muscles actually adapt and get stronger), and giving you variety so it stays fun and stimulating! Add that to a kick ass storyline and you’ve got all the makings of a fantasy style RPG Fitness Campaign.

    Does it cost?

    Yes, coin is required to receive weekly custom fitness quests and campaign access. It is 1 monthly charge of $49. If you buy an annual Battle Pass you get 2 months free. We also have nutrition plans if you really want to up your game.

    What about Nutrition?

    Nutrition, done right, is highly individualized. Everyone has different requirements. We have basic guidelines here but offer personalized nutrition through our app. Check out more of that here.
