Start Your RPG Fitness Adventure

We Gamers are used to having lots of lives. We know failure and what it’s like to restart at the last checkpoint. But the hard truth is, outside of our favorite fantasy storylines, we ourselves only get one life. We get one attack of opportunity to create and succeed in the quests put in front of us. So why should we not experience the same passion, excitement, and thrill playing out our own storyline?

The FitAF RPG Fitness Campaign combines the best attributes of role-play gaming with advanced fitness strategies. This makes YOU the MAIN CHARACTER and YOUR STORYLINE a quest to level-up your life.

All you have to do is change the game, for 1 hour a day 3-4 days a week. It all starts by choosing your class!

The Monk

Lean, quick and in control. The Monk character class is for Heroes who want a lean physique utilizing their own body weight, regular endurance training and intermittent heavy strength work. The Monk character class is best for beginners and experienced Heroes alike who want stability, focus and form as the primary goal for their fitness quests.
